A team of architecture students from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc) and engineering students from California Institute of Technology (Caltech) are building a one-of-its-kind, solar-powered net-zero home that will enable residents to change the configuration of their living environment based on preference, presenting homeowners with a house uniquely suited for their needs.
