The limits of surfaces

As architectural expression starts to explore the limits of surface articulation, established facade materials and fabrication techniques are undergoing a transformation. The Perot Museum by Morphosis and the SFMOMA by Snohetta are two buildings from high profile architects, of similar typology and similar material intent, implemented through contrasting methodologies.
